2D Artwork → Plush
Our team translates your 2D artwork, character illustration, logo, reference image, or front-view drawing into a physical plush design that can be cut, sewn, stuffed, and reproduced.
During development, we work out details on your plush order such as:

Design Modification & Sample Revision
The first prototype does not have to be the final version. After reviewing your plush sample, you can request design modifications before the order moves into mass production.

Project Brief & Feasibility Review
We start by reviewing your artwork, sketch, reference image, tech pack, target size, order quantity, materials, and functional requirements.
Design Engineering & Pattern Making
We define proportions, seam lines, fabric panels, embroidery placement, accessories, and sewing patterns for each component.
Sample Development
Using the approved specifications, we cut the selected fabrics, apply embroidery or printing, sew the components, add filling, and assemble the first physical prototype.
Sample Evaluation & Refinement
The prototype is checked for silhouette, facial balance, softness, color accuracy, seam construction, and accessory placement.
Pre-Production & Bulk Manufacturing
After approval, we finalize the Bill of Materials (BOM), prepare production materials & batch manufacturing based on the approved reference sample.
Final QC, Packing & Shipment
Finished plush toys go through final QC for stitching, shape, filling, and branding before being packed with labels, hangtags, polybags, retail boxes, or export cartons for shipment.
